Can I call and see if you have a part?

Absolutely! We mainly keep track of the vehicles so if we have enough hands on deck we'll be happy to go out and see if your part is available. Please keep in mind that we might not be able to do this every time, but we'll do our best!

What does "U-Pull-It" mean?

It means you, the customer, can bring your tools and grab the parts off on your own! Just be sure you have all the tools you need! Due to COVID19, we are not lending out tools at this time!

Can I pay you guys to do it?

Of course! You are free to ask, however we can't guarantee we'll be able to do it right at that moment. We can call you back when it's ready to pick up! Our labor rates depend on the difficulty of the job starting at $25/part to $45/hour. Here are a couple notes;

  • Deposit is required before any labor is done. 
  • It's up to the customer to make sure the part is the correct one. VERIFY YOUR PARTS.

Why does it cost more than the new aftermarket part I found on Amazon?

"I can get it cheaper brand new??". Yeah, yeah, we get it. Aftermarket parts swarm the market and we are well aware of that. Unfortunately, sometimes the price of a used OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) part is in fact more expensive than the aftermarket counterparts. Please be sure to do your research! 

Can I get a refund?

At this time we have an ALL SALES FINAL policy. Please be sure you are confident in the part you decide to take home. If something doesn't add up, please contact our office and we'll see what we can do to help you out though.

What kind of cars do you have?

We have a wide variety of cars available for parts. We might not have everything but we do our best to have something for everyone. We apologize if we don't have the part you're looking for, but we'll do our best to offer suggestions to help you out!
